Privacy and self-contained facilities are assured for those who stay in our 43-square house, set on a lovely one-acre garden, a short walk through a reserve and along a boardwalk to the Mt Martha shops and beach.

We offer traditional bed and breakfast with a full range of services, as well as self-catering for guests wishing to stay longer than two or three nights.

Seppelt House is in its 15th year of operation and some 11 years ago established the Mt Martha B & B Network to help the public find accommodation quickly and easily in this area.
