Group bookings available of up to 12 people on the beautiful private property of Seppelt House, accommodation in Mt Martha.

Seppelt House is set on one acre of landscaped grounds and has three self-contained units, each one offering the following facilities:

• 2 bedrooms, bathroom, 2 have kitchenettes and 1 has a full kitchen, each has its own dining/lounge area and own entrance.
• 2 have their own private balconies and all have access to our huge outdoor courtyard with barbeque and furniture to cater for up to 14 people.
• All linen supplied including towels and spare blankets, pillows, etc.
• There are 2 laundries and parking for up to 7 cars.
• Tea, coffee (machine) supplied.

For groups: all three units are interconnected via double doors, and can be opened giving 26 squares of area for large groups of up to 12 guests.

For people with a disability

We have facilities for those people with a disability, including controlled hot water in shower recesses, rails, hand-held shower heads, over-toilet seats, shower seats and stools. Most areas of property are flat with wide corridors and slate flooring in most areas – great for wheelchair access.
